For this reason, we have just launched a new Kanban System on our assembly line. Designed by Taiichi Ohno, an industrial engineer at Toyota, Kanban is a scheduling system for lean manufacturing and just-in-time manufacturing (JIT) to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Bezares will keep improving all its manufacturing processes for a resource optimization, for a environmental impact reduction and for a bigger logistic efficiency.
